We believe you deserve the best possible treatment, and we are committed to providing outstanding dental care tailored to your individual needs and budget. Each year, we help hundreds of patients achieve healthier, more beautiful smiles – whether or not they have dental insurance.
Understanding Your Dental Benefits
Your dental benefits are determined by the contract between your employer and insurance company. Dental benefit plans are designed to assist with costs but do not typically cover the full completion of your care.
We accept all private insurance plans and most managed care plans. We work with thousands of companies and will provide the most accurate estimate possible based on current information. For exact out-of-pocket costs, we recommend a Pre-Treatment Authorization before beginning treatment. While this may slightly delay care, it gives you precise figures.
We bill your insurance as a courtesy. If payment is not received within 90 days, we reserve the right to request full payment from you and allow you to collect directly from your insurance. Ultimately, you are responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage.
Patient Financing Options
We proudly offer Cherry Financing as our preferred financing solution because it is one of the most accessible and patient-friendly programs available.
Cherry Financing provides easy approval, interest-free payment plans, no down payment, no annual fees, and no prepayment penalties (upon approval). This makes a wide range of treatments — including general dentistry, cosmetic procedures, crowns, bridges, dentures, and more — affordable with convenient monthly payments.
We also accept CareCredit for patients who prefer that option. Please ask our Patient Services team for an application or to check your eligibility for Cherry Financing or CareCredit – the process is quick and straightforward.
Payment Options
- Credit & Debit Cards, Cash & Checks: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash, and checks (for established patients with payment history).
- Major Services Two-Payment Plan: For treatments requiring two or more appointments, we offer a split-payment option — half of your portion due at the first appointment and the balance at completion.
Payment for your estimated portion or copayment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Broken Appointments
We reserve specific time for each patient and strongly encourage keeping scheduled appointments. If you need to change or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a $35 cancellation fee (emergencies excepted).
