Great experience was both an Invisalign and patient at this office for several years. Great cleanings and results with my Invisalign.

I’ve been going to Dr. Austin at this location for two years. The staff is friendly and Dr. Austin has been fantastic. She has worked with me to get the best dental treatment, and has done all her work with gentleness and professionalism. By the way, none of those in the picture shown are at this facility. It must be an outdated picture.

Good first impression as we got a smile from the person behind the counter as we entered. One of the staff wasn't wearing a mask, which seemed odd considering it's a medical office. Their new patient documents were a pain as they were not easily fillable from my computer. The dentist was friendly and professional. 2nd visit wasn't as nice. Down to 2 stars. Dentist: "We're going to do a fluoride treatment, which is covered by your insurance". My insurance: "Fluoride treatment isn't covered". Dentist: "You owe us money AFTER the fact".
